Projects Monitoring

The UNABSEC Projects Monitoring Unit (PMU) is a unique service that takes UNABSEC directly to where members work — on the construction site. Our team of experienced construction professionals visits member companies and their active projects to provide on-the-ground support.

What the PMU does:

- Conducts scheduled site visits to active member projects
- Identifies technical, regulatory and operational challenges being faced
- Provides guidance on compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
- Documents member achievements for potential feature in The Contractor Magazine
- Collects intelligence on industry trends and challenges for UNABSEC's advocacy work
- Facilitates connections between members facing similar challenges
